I am still on my fitness challenge.  Yesterday was a bit rocky I had 1/2 a burger from Jack in the box and some curly fries and that LARGE hi-c fruit punch.  Although I did walk yesterday evening, it wasn’t nearly enough to burn off all of the bad food I have eaten over this weekend.

I have to get on it strong today.

For breakfast, I think I’m just gonna eat a scrambled egg sandwich (wheat toast)

Snack, grapefruit

Lunch, I think I want a salad (romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, boiled eggs, and ranch)

Snack, 100 calorie cookies

Dinner, I guess I’ll have this bag of broccoli and cheese

Snack – chocolate pudding 60 calories

Since the weather is so ugly outside I am going to hit the gazelle for 30 minutes and the ab lounge for 100 crunches. (25 forward, 25 left, 25 right, 25 forward) and call it a day

80 oz water today!  Let’s get it.

Thank GOD he woke me up this morning!
Staying focus After I ate A chop beef sandwiched lord
give me strength. Ate so bad yesterday my 6 mile run sat took care of that unhealthy eating!
Breakfasts: Oatmeal and Apple juice
Lunch: Fish, rice & broccoli
Dinner: vegetables &fruit
I pick to eat very light because what I ate Sunday, I want to go to sleep on a light stomach..
Snacks: Oranges all day
200 Crunches plus wearing my wrap.
We can do all things through Christ that gives us the strength!! #BBless :-)

1: You cannot get rid of the dimples and shadows (cellulite) by rubbing an odd gel, weird lotion or goopy cream on your trouble zones and problem spots.

Today is great!! I’m Working out twice today 12&8pm
Breakfast Raisin Bran
lunch: Tuna fish and orange
dinner: grilled chicken & salad
Snacks: Oranges Pineapples
200 crunches and wearing my fitness wrap willed a nice and firm stomach.

Today is day 6 of my fitness challenge!  I woke up this morning and ate a nectarine, and 4 oz of V8 fruit medley.  Then went on my walk around 7:15 AM – 7:55 AM or so.  I walked 6 laps and boy does it feel good outside!  Obviously I’ve inspired one of my neighbors that sees me walking everyday because on my second lap around he came from behind only to run past me full speed like the police was chasing him.  lol  He disappeared into thin air and I just laughed to myself because clearly he was trying to show out.

I continued to walk, cause I am not trying to impress.. I am consistent.  On my third lap around, I see him on the sidewalk at a complete stop playing with his phone.  Lo and behold as I walk past and speak that was his cue to start walking right beside me and stir up small talk.  “I thought you were running the marathon” i’m saying to myself.  Anyway, he tells me he’s going to talk from a distance cause he didn’t even brush his teeth this morning (eeeewwwww).  But anyway,  I told him to finish his run and he sped off in the wind like lightning.  One last time he came around like he was in the Olympics and then I didn’t see him again.

Needless to say, I walked the whole 6 laps because running aint my thang.  So now, for breakfast I am going to eat scrambled eggs, lil smokie sausages, and wheat toast. 20 oz water

Snack will be a grapefruit (for real this time)

Lunch – Michelinas 280 calorie meal with 20 oz water

Snack – 100 calorie snack

Dinner - tuna sandwich and PRINGLES!  Yes I said it! 20 oz water

Snack – strawberries and cherries and try to get another 20 oz water in before nightfall

If I’m feeling up to it, I plan to go walking again at 7:00 pm (4 laps)

Today is the 5th day of my fitness challenge!  This morning I’ve already walked 3 laps, thank God for consistency.  My goal is to be able to walk twice per day no matter how many laps as long as I do SOMETHING.  I ate a nectarine or whatever that was this morning.

Now, I’m cooking breakfast… those little smokie sausages, scrambled eggs, and wheat toast and a 20 oz water.  I was going to add Malt-o-meal but that may be a little much lol.

Snack – grapefruit

Lunch I’m having tuna and crackers with a 20 oz water

Snack – chocolate pudding

and for dinner I am making tostadas.  Ground turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, picante sauce… the whole nine. and a 20 oz water

Father’s day weekend so Imma workout extra hard..
6:30-8:00am Sprint running, 3 miles a day.
8:30am Turkey bacon egg whites and A V8 smoothie
12:00pm Grill chicken and salad
6:00pm Salad, with tomatoes cucumbers cheese and onions.
Snacks today: Baked chips, Oranges.
200 Crunches a day and wearing my fitness wrap on my stomach will create
A smooth and firm stomach.

Walking to lose weightI love walking to lose weight!  It’s the greatest feeling when you start to see your body transforming back into what it should be!  This morning I woke up about 6:55 AM… ate an orange, and went to hit my 30 minute walk.  I walked 4 laps around and then came in the house.  TIRED AS EVER!

For breakfast I ate a bowl of raisin bran 250 calories and a 20 oz water

Snack will be 4 strawberries and an 8 oz strawberry/banana smoothie

Lunch I will have a Michelinas beef and pepper 280 calories with a 20 oz water

Snack will be a chocolate pudding – 60 calories and a 20 oz water

Dinner Michelinas Salisbury steak – 280 calories and mashed potatoes with a 20 oz water

Snack im torn between a grapefruit and a fruit snack, we’ll just have to play it by ear.  May even eat both lol.  Walking again at 7:00 pm 4 laps around because the fourth of July is fast approaching and I got thangs to do.

So I got up at 6:30am ate a banana with Gatorade
prime Pre-Game Fuel drink.
6:45-8:00am Did my running, jogging!
9:00am Turkey bacon, Egg whites, whole wheat toast.
20oz water
Lunch: Salad with veg
Dinner: tilapia fish with salad
Snacks: Cucumbers orange pineapples.
Alright that’s my healthy eating for the day..
Don’t forget 200 crunches a day..

fitness challengeToday is day 3 of my fitness challenge.  I woke up a little late, 6:55 AM, just thank God I woke up!  I was able to get started with by 7:10AM.   I walked 8 laps which probably averaged 3 miles with 4 laps being about a mile and a half.

Now I am about to prepare my meals for today.

Breakfast will be Malt-O-Meal, scrambled eggs, and turkey bacon with a 20 oz water

Snack an orange with 20 oz water

Lunch will be a can of chicken noodle soup with 20 oz water

Snack will be celery sticks and ranch dressing with a green tea

Dinner will be two pieces of tilapia fish with green beans and a 20 oz water

Snack will be some honey roasted peanuts

I hope to try to squeeze in another 20 oz water before the day is up, but I won’t make any promised on that one.  This fitness challenge is going great!  I love challenging myself.
